Institute of Advanced Management, one of the country’s Hospitality Leadership Institutes, has churned thousands of professionals who have taken the Hospitality industry by storm across the globe. Along with placing students in hotels or retail or healthcare sector as per the changing times, IAM has taken an initiative to encourage entrepreneurial spirit in the students and actively support them to become self-reliant business persons transforming themselves from job seekers to job providers.

Keeping this in mind IAM has decided to launch LAGAN, an entrepreneurship initiative which shall inspire young students to become entrepreneurs and also assist students who have great business ideas and need support and guidance to bring their dreams to fruition. The skills and knowledge imparted through this cell will be instrumental in making individuals successful and ethical entrepreneurs.
